It's the same, better than before LIS, but not healed. Cannot eat whatever I like or be as active as I want. It ripped again on Sunday, discomfort and blood...so now I am back on seafood, fruit, etc. I just love my butt - NOT!

How are you sweetie? What about you Cheryl, Kim?

Busy helping my mother as she continues to recuperate from major surgery and practicing my golfing. Last week I chipped one in for a birdie which made me very happy! Cool

I am better from the last tear, still discomfort everyday to some degree. It's the same old thing you know, one day it hardly hurts and I am like cool it's almost gone and then the next it burns or feels bruised...so I am just plugging along. I am finally off the citracel and only on benefibre and magnesium. I just have to be careful not to overdo the fiber! Oh and stay positive. I try not to have too much down time and stay active. I wish I could soak my butt in the salty Gulf of Mexico everyday! After a swim on the weekends, it seems to be better.

Yes, it's where we were - it truly is beautiful there. I don't like to swim in the sea if I cannot see what's in it. I am a big sissy, I know.

Yes! hahaha. My two year old loves to repeat things...of course.

That water was pretty. We swam there too. I too only like to swim where I can see the water around me. On the days that our water is cloudy or dark forget it!

Hey that's right. I am not too scared as I have been stung a few times and didn't find it all that bad. When we were swimming I noticed something floating by me and realized it was lots of baby jellyfish (like quarter sized)!
