Cool-I've read about those in the books you sent me. So now I can drink spiked eggnog, eat santa's cookies and binge on spoiled food and not suffer the consequences? Life is good!

i have a dozen in my fridge that i must begin to eat. i am going to get back to macro in 2009 for sure.
i know when i was eating them, they did help reduce any sweet tooth or other cravings period! it was amazing.

I've been eating these for years. They're sort of a staple in Japan. yummy, sour, EAT WITH RICE. otherwise they're too sour to be yummy. I like the ones with lots of shiso. But I must say that I find a can of coconut juice a more effect hangover remedy.
