You're welcome, Tabsterabster!
Pooped? Hey, I wanna walk too!!! I'll bring Dixie because I know Macy will have Sasha and Tyson with her, and you can leash up the kitties and what a sight we'd all be!

You guys are hysterical!
Yes Tabby try the fibersure! I so love it...even had sweets and fried food and still had very soft poo
I love listening to music when I walk. Now I walk the dogs with my son and then either hop on our treadmill, or head back out by myself so I can walk really fast.
What a sight we'd be for sure but that would be awesome! We need to have our own butt convention....!!!

You guys should be supplement salespeople -- I've started drinking several cans of Ensure a day this week, and am about to head out at lunch to pick up some FiberSure
Getting a little tired of the mostly liquid diet and am going to try putting FiberSure on some baked fish.
BTW as a funny observation, I've never really paid much attention to my poo before this fissure thing started. But now I pay more attention than any human being should, and can CLEARLY see the impact each morning of what I ate the night before. Like oh that pink color, that's the carrots, or oh look it's more lumpy, that must be the spam. Ok it's a bit gross so I'll stop, but suffice to say, this poo thing is more of a science than I'd ever expected!

LOL! NG it sounds like you're becoming a "poopologist" - one who studies poo!

You know if this whole computer programming thing doesn't work out... It'll go on my resume under "other skills"
Honestly I used to try not to look at the poo whenever I went. But now I'm examining that thing like it's the most interesting thing I've ever seen. File this one away under "confessions of a fissure sufferer".

This particular poo should be the goal of all fissure sufferers. It's the combination of the "ghost poop" and the "frozen yogurt poop" -- has the soft friendly consistency of frozen yogurt, yet escapes with nary a peep, sometimes not even noticeable by the dispenser. It's the spitting image of that magical atoll of poops that I've had some success achieving with Miralax and my soft poop regimen lately!

I shall photograph and catalog their poops by age and save an album for when they're older. If you thought your friends being shown your baby photos was embarassing...

Re: My soft poop diet regimen
Interesting follow-up on the FiberSure thing. When I first heard about it a few days ago (thanks Tracy!), I went to Walgreens and saw it on the shelves. I didn't buy it at the time because I wasn't convinced I wanted to try it.
Then yesterday I thought what the heck, I'll give it a go, and went to Safeway, but didn't find it there. I did see something called Metamucil Clear & Natural in a very similar package.
I just did a quick search and it turns out they may in fact be the same thing:

Just thought I'd post this in case anyone else is on the hunt for it. I think I'm going to go back to Walgreens today, see if they still have FiberSure, and pick up a bottle and compare its ingredients with Metamucil Clear & Natural to make sure they are indeed one and the same, just because I'm anal (pun unintentional) like that.

Thanks for posting that. I'd heard that FiberSure was the way to go but couldn't find any! Now I know what to look for.

Re: My soft poop diet regimen
No problem, busymom. I picked up some Metamucil Clear & Natural and plan to give it a go this weekend. I figure if it doesn't turn out well I can recover at home. Probably going to try it out on some baked fish or boca burgers, the first non-boiled food I'll be having since weeks ago, yay!
