| i am having seaweed salad, nippon tofu, salmon and cucumber rolls with caviar, and miso soup.
today, the seaweed salad is tasting extra scrumptious!!!! not sure why or how because before i was like - ick - getting it down :no:
and some hot chammomile tea. _________________ the marathon is on oct 26....just right around the corner....... yikes! |

| Well, I had leftover vegetable soup. I have a pretty bad case of bronchitis today, and missed work. But the soup was still darn good, it was fresh yesterday!
Make some extra for me, too, Gareth. I'll bring bear an organic chewy treat! _________________

| Sounds great !!!! Unfortunately I had to do with whole grain peace of bread, tomatoes, one thin slice of cheese and one even thinner slice of ham, AND my famous prunes and Metamucil ; ))). Cup of tea with bunch of vitamins and herbs too - blahhhhhhhhhhh.....Coudn't go out today so I eat whatever was available for lunch and wasn't threatening my butt !  |
