Controlling the sweat!
Hey pals and gals,
I am going to start my camp counselor job on monday, which will involve a lot of running around and activity. I know that I am going to be sweating a lot all over, and I was wondering how you all control the moisture situation down there. Normally, if I am just walking around or doing a lot of sitting, I put a soft tissue or a cotton ball down there, but with all the running around, I am not sure if that will be a good idea. Any suggestions that I could easily manage?

Re: Controlling the sweat!
that would be what to do...sorta like a cotton-esque thong!
and you will have to change it about like every 2 or 3 hours depending on how sweaty you get.

I would consider wearing a panty liner or sanitary napkin, just position it more to suit the location of the fissure. then just change those instead of a new pair of underwear......that will keep the fissure area clean, and you can change the sweaty liner or napkin as often as needed.

Hi, try Monistat Soothing Care Chafing Gel. It's wonderful. Keeps the area dry and stops the irritation that friction causes when moving. It's really helps. I found it by accident and really like it.
