Subject: I give up June 10th 2008, 8:02 pm

Well, after enduring months and mnonths of pain from surgeries thinking it would solve the problem I now how another thrombosed hemorrohid or infection at the incision site. I can't tell. It looks like a white, silver and blue but it a hard nodule. I thought having the hemorrhoidectomry was supposed to keep that from happening again. I did go for a walk yesterday and carried some groceries, but that is in line with what a normal person should be able to do. I just don't think I can go o n like this. I have a call in to Wake Forest tomorrow and hopefully can get in quickly to see what this is. I knew it was too good to be true thinking that I would heal and feel normal. I feel like the universe has decided I am undeserving of any happiness or normalcy.

Guess the joke is on me....again.

I am sorry to hear that. Praying that it will go away as quickly as it came. You are such a great person and deserve to be well. I know what a struggle the hemorrhoidectomry is and you do not need to deal with any more hemmies. Hopefully it is something simple and the Dr's will get you in right away.

I don't think the universe is plotting against you at all, buddy -- but your butt sure has it in for you! I do feel your anguish at such a setback and I would be as frustrated as you are. Maybe at worst it's an infection that will be easily treated, or something relatively innocuous, but I am sure quite painful right now. huggies

Here's to hoping you can get in quickly to see your CRS and he knows just what to do. He seems like the best one you've had in a long while. I'll be praying for you and waiting to hear what you find out! :lucky:

I am so sorry sweetie! I wish there was something I could do for you. You have always been such a positive friend on the boards, and I hope I can be the same for you.

Does this nodule hurt? Is it a constant pain or a pain that occurs with a BM? Maybe it is nothing - I have always had a white/blue line down there (I know - weird). It does not hurt. The doctor told me it was a scar and that it would lighten with time. Maybe yours is the same thing???? Is it possible to get a small keliod down there??? confused

Can you call a doctor on call tonight? I pray you get in to see your doctor as soon as possible. Please let us know what happens dear Lecia!!!

i am going to have to buy you the macrobiotic guide by michio kushi so that you can read it over and see what you can take from it....i know that you are not that far off from macrobiotics but maybe just reading over the book a couple of times you may get some new ideas and try them out.

i can't help but to think something is irritating you inside - your colon, your rectum, your anus are taking up the slack for it and in return not making your daily life situation a comfortable one - much less a peaceful one.

i am not saying i am ass-trouble free - as i have laverne and shirley - but i've come along way from those horrible horrible days when i dreaded to go to the toilet!
