MOM dosage

Hi!

Well, i hate to say it, but i had a very OFF diet day today. We had a BBQ and I didnt even get a chance to have breakfast this morning. I am thinking of taking some MOM tonight but I don't know how much to take. I took 2 tsp once, and that really had me down to liquid bm's but I had also taken a lot of fiber that day too. I also tried just 1 and that helped but not as much as I would've liked. How much should i take?

flower , I think it is better to have it mushy than hard so use 2 tsp or 1.5 ?!? How about you drink some Metamucil or Benefiber during BBQ next time ??? That way you will get more than enough fiber cheers and also always eat a lot of veggies as a side-dish or salad - balance is the key ! I often miss the breakfast , it does not matter if you miss a meal as long as you have enough fiber during the next one.
