The doc told me to apply this stuff "up there" umm how "up there" should I go, because i cant even put my finger up there its so tight.

My doctor told me to put the nitro up a centimeter and rim it.It should go the same for nif.If its too tight you can use a syringe.

Also have you tried lying down elevating your butt with a couple of pillows on your lower back and spreading your legs?I still do that but when I had tightness that helped me to open it up just enough to get my finger in to apply it.Yours maybe more tighter than mines was but give it a shot.
