| i think i am going to allow myself - if i ever get my car back from the collision repair center tomorrow - to go out and venture to find some mighty fine bbq this weekend!
i am craving some tender juicy brisket with some polish sausage and some garlic kissed mashed potatoes and some southern cooked string beans along with some biscuits and gravy and ribs....and how about them smoked grilled chicken with corn on the cob and texas toast!
yum!!!!

| I will finally crank that BBQ after a year of dormancy under black ugly cover !!!! I will make same BBQ that I always had before the F accident - grilled portobello mushrooms, grilled veggie skewers (onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms alternating), grilled chicken breast marinated in orange, lemon , tarragon and and garlic; chevapi - special mini burgers shaped as sausages - Bosnian specialty = ground lamb and pork with spices and onion juice, usually served on special pita bread steamed over the meat ; grilled red bell peppers pealed and marinated in balsamic vinegar and olive oil; grilled corn ; mixed veggie salad ( cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and onions )- and watermelon and grilled pineapple as a desert - ahhhhhhhhhhh !!!!! Tomorrow I go hunting for all of that : ))) !!!
The only new item on the table will be Metamucil LOL

and if anyone is going to the movies, go watch wall-e for sure...and i saw hancock tonight. it was pretty decent and not worthy of all the negative reviews it has gotten. yeah it wasn't an academy award nominating film, but it has a surprising twist of events that made up for cheap action effects that have been done better in other high budget films.
the cast was awesome and i really like the story line. hancock gets a b+ from me. wall-e gets an a+.
