HEALED IN A WEEK (TWICE) Colema - Raw Food - No bad drugs.

May 21st 2013, 3:20 am by U.K-Tom

Hi all,

I made a little post before but here is a more detailed one. It's about how I healed in a week, twice, and how I believe that these things could help you too. If you make good choices for your overall health.

Let me explain my story briefly first. I am a vegan raw foodist, so I just eat fruit and salads (basically), well that is how I have eaten for years, but not always, and that was …

spasms when do they stop???

May 13th 2013, 5:46 pm by galamat

Hi,

I have a very important question for the sake of my sanity. I have been walking now for over two weeks, and in the last 5 days I've had BMs with no pain!!!, waoo. But I still feel that my sphincter is not working properly, like I have this constant pressure that doesn't go away, the only thing that relieves it a bit believe it or not is a bit of coffee that I drink every day after lunch. I …

trouble wipping clean.

May 21st 2013, 8:36 pm by SeanVK1

After a bowl movement I will wipe clean using a wet wipe. Sometimes it takes several wipes to get clean. Then ten minuets later I will be messy again like I never wiped at all. Is this fissure related? Has anyone ells had this problem?

fissure or not?

May 21st 2013, 2:39 pm by SeanVK1

I saw a doctor today because of the pain I have that lasts several hours after a bowl movement. I don't have any pain during the movement its always after. There is never any blood. He thinks I have a fissure just by how I described it. He did not do a physical exam. what do you think? Isn't there usually blood in your stool when you have a fissure?

..........CSI: My-ANUS

May 21st 2013, 10:57 am by Anonymous

Wish I could post without rejoining but, a recent scrape on my elbow just brought back memories.

Here's what I mean: I see a lot of you here wondering if you are healing or not or if blood in their stools is a setback when you thought you were healing. I've had similar experience also where blood in the stools made me worry. But all was well and healing continued.

What happened??? How come …

How do you on a daily basis?

May 21st 2013, 3:20 pm by Kreaybutt

Usually I eat 3 large meals, once at breakfast, lunch and dinner but felt hungry all day doing this. Today I've so far eaten 4 smaller meals spread out

Breakfast-half a bran muffin, oatmeal with blueberries and raspberries

Snack- half an apple with peanut butter, a mango and two oatmeal coco cookies (homemade)

Lunch- 1cup quinoa w/olive oil, 1cup veggies (broccoli,squash,mushroom) and a cup …

Hot water bottle use & skin discolouration anyone had this ?

May 21st 2013, 3:40 am by jillywilly

I've had a chronic fissure for 18 months currently awaiting date to go in for fissurectomy (last year I had Botox & LIS but neither of these worked for me) pain is awful & the only thing that brings me any relief is sitting on a hot water bottle I do this most days sometimes for several hours depending on severity of pain. Today I noticed whilst inspecting my butt (after very painful bm) that my …

Previous pain in the ass

May 21st 2013, 8:25 am by daveh

After a bit of net research and with the conformation of a couple of members on here I have now accepted the fact that I have an AF. But when the pain 1st began after a forced BM due to constipation I never gave any thought to the fact that it may continue for weeks/months/or worse, mainly because it was a pain that I have felt on several occasions previously throughout my life. But on all of …

Fissure Diet + Supplements

May 16th 2013, 2:58 pm by howtobepositive

Hi Guys,

I am currently recovering from LIS, 16 days post op and though I have had decent luck with the BM's - I was wondering if someone can shed some light on what foods are generally found good for making sure BM's are ideal.

What are the foods that you would eat as part of your so called "fissure diet"?

Additionally, I have read on here the supplements people take to help the healing and …
