Guys and gals,

Everywhere I turn I am running into articles on digestion and fiber. This was in American Profile magazine, which is a supplement to one of our weekly newspapers. Talks about promoting good digestion and adding fiber to a diet: http://www.americanprofile.com/article/26751.html

yes, I like it too. Although I do not have digestion problems I find it very informative. It also confirms what I preach LOL- fiber needs water to work or it can cause opposite effect !
