swimming / water park with fissure

would you go to a waterpark with a fissure?
family wants me to go... but i wonder if its ok.

Can you go but not swim? Smile

I could only speak from my own experience -- odd, stretchy leg movements could sometimes bring on spasms for me when I had my fissure. So the act of swimming *could* be harsh on the fissure. Something like a waterslide would be out of the question, LOL...

As for bacteria in the water, that would be less of a concern for me, so just wading, floating and other calm-but-wet activities might do your spirit a lot more good than your fissure harm...

i've always gone swimming and hot tubbing with or without fissures...re bacteria--there's tons of chlorine in the pools...i'd be more afraid of swimming in a lake or pond...

I hate public pools LMAO - chlorine or not - yuck What a Face Especially when I see babies in their diapers soaked *barf !!!

My friends daughter contracted viral meningitis in a communal pool - I stay away from them What a Face LMAO
